Welcome to our off the beaten path travel page. These destinations are the most unique, fun, and memorable. I will constantly be adding to this list as we stumble upon more.
Pasaquan is located in rural Buena Vista, Georgia. It was created by Eddie Owen Martin, AKA St. EOM, in the 1960s. It took him 30 years to complete this unique compound of art. Pearl Fryer’s Topiary Garden
Located in Bishopville, South Carolina, this ethical wildlife travel destination gives you the feeling that you’ve stepped into an “Alice in Wonderland” world. Enjoy an hour or so strolling through these creative, living masterpieces that are handmade by one very sweet man. Learn more about the topiary garden here.
These alien-like insects are the coolest! These creatures emerge periodically by the thousands all around the globe. This natural wildlife wonder was on my bucket list for awhile. The Bat Jungle
This ethical wildlife travel destination is a highlighted attraction in this region of Costa Rica.
